Hi, Yes, you can find it all under the Ballistic Weapons link from the menu on the left. The developers do put there notes there on what they are working on for the next release. The imediate next release will be version 1.7 which is mainly fixes and optimization etc. After that I know they've got quite a lot of big things planned. Also, keep in mind, Ballistic Weapons is a small part of a bigger project, but that is a long way off still. |

I hope they will switch to UT2007 but at least support UT2004 version the first few months after the release of the new game. |

I'm sure they will, provided there's no big code changes needed for UT2007. |

I'm pretty sure the code difference will be massive since we are talking about a next-gen engine that supports at least twice more graphical and scripting features than UE2.5. :S |

when we say bigger.. we mean BIGGER!! think beyond TC.. 2007 seems to be more and more likely to happen.. and i'm sure we can master all the stuff we need to to port it over to ut2k7.. we will probably go over to ut2007 fairly early.. it may be quite hard to maintain the mod in both engines at the same time.. so it all depends on how hard the new engine is.. and how hard we work.. yes there will be new maps that u havent seen..

I think it would be more wise to switch to UT2007 and leave UT2004, rather than wisa versa. :S |

You need to have an awful machine to not be able to run HalfLife 2. It is a fun game but definately could use a lot of facelifting graphics-wise. |

my rig can play HalfLife 2 on medium settings but it can't run Doom 3 at all! But amazingly it can run F.E.A.R if its rendering it on DirectX8 |

Doom 3 is less demanding than FEAR, it is not a lack of power that is making you unable to run Doom 3. |

i think its more the fact that you can only fun Doom 3 with Directx9! |

Doom 3 uses the OpenGL API, not DirectX.
So it can run without even having any DirectX version installed, you need OpenGL 1.5 or better as far as I know, and that support is up to the video card and drivers. |

The game can be found in bargain bins for less than $10. It is getting close to two years since the game was released.
