And there were armed officers with substantial firepower outside. |

The girls name was Jasmine feece, my friends sister knew her and said she was like psycotic and was sent to milton hershey (which is a juvie school). The lockdown was'nt that bad besides we saw some police weilding some assualt weapons around 1:00 and then the announcement came around 2:30. |

Woah that is scary man... Wouldn't wanna be there, but it would've been even creepier if "Jasmine Feece" resisted. Then the cops might have had to pack her with a bunch of lead.... That would probably be the worst case scenario, though. |

Yea probably but I have a worse scenario. If she decided to go through with the plan and went through and started killing these people and then the swat team had to come in and handle it..I couldnt imagine recovering from an event like that knowing how close I came to death and how easily someone can hold another persons life in there hands. |

Its good to hear no one got hurt. Did she have some sort of pistol or did they not tell the students afterwards. I hope they lock her up for a long time. Its good that no one got hurt. |

A 14 year old girl making some half-assed remarks about shooting a bunch of people? Yeah, real frickin scary...  They actually called it "terroristic threats" in the article, blowing what is most likely a non-event out of all proportion. Welcome to post Columbine/9-11 America...

Running out an exit is easier said than done. Shikellamy high school was built in 1929 and since renovations last year most of the exits were done away with. Theres only one near the room where I was and it was the cafeteria and im in no physical shape to sprint through a bunch of benches to reach and exit. |
