lol. i have every game in the Unreal series. they gave up on trying to 'scold' me when i buy games like UT, GTA, etc. ;) ofcourse they have to be there when i buy it... and also im in advanced classes so i know all about cadavers, necrotizing fasciitis, and all that other bloody stuff they don't teach you in middle school. ofcourse i learn that stuff from my friend, not some demented quack with a teaching degree.

lol. i went duck hunting at age 11... except i couldn't find the duck i shot... it was when i took a vacation to China and my uncle was 'probably' not thinking straight. and by the way... htf do u use quote tags... all i do is press quote and leave the html do the rest.

just make sure there is a quote (in square brackets) and a /quote (in square brackets) around the text you want to quote. You need to mainly check the last one, otherwise you end up writing inside the quote!

Does ESRB ratings determine the maturity of each individual? He can be 13 and be very mature for his age. I find it funny why some parents are judging their kids' maturity based on ESRB ratings.

about this whole maturity thing.............

people will be exposed to every thing sooner or later (drugs, sex, violence, ect). the thing that matters is how the person takes it. i play M rated games and i just turned fifteen, you think i cry when i mow some one down with a minigun? HELL NO, people should just grow up and except certain things (depends on your age that is....). when i get married and have a kid (a son i hope lol) i will let him/her play games by how i judge it not ESBRGSDSDS (lol). if he/she wants to listen to Eminem so help me god i will smack him/her (lol).

any ways...................

i dont have any urge to play GTA (grand theft auto), sure its cool. you get to kill any one and get chased by the cops. be a gangster and **** hookers, but whats the friggen point? its all the same yet people still play it for hours.


i would say more but i forgot what my point in all this was (lol).

Yeah, and why do everyone jump on GTA when a single person turns violent and says he/she did it because it was in GTA? This was one person who was badly raised up and therefore saw no difference between reality and a game.

The only reason i mentioned ERSB ratings is that many (stupid) parents will just buy some game without looking at the rating (as i said really stupid), but as long as the kid who plays the M rated game isn't a faggot who thinks violince is something that he should support in real life!!

if i were a parent i would rent the game my kid wants and play it for my self. depending on the content of the game i would buy it or not (now i know what was in the game "first hand").

I firmly believe that it boils down to how the kids are raised. If they are taught good strong morals and the differance between entertainment and reality,then theres no problem! Its not the games fault,its the parents fault!
