NB: Our service provider will be upgrading the server this website is on, starting on Wednesday 18 July, 8am CDT. The changes include DNS changes, which means this website could be unavailable for a while. I will be monitoring the upgrade and we will try to keep downtime to a minimum (if any), but as with all things computer based, things can go wrong, so please be patient 
I will post any changes and progress in this thread. |

This upgrade is a bit more complex than I originaly thought. We are moving to a whole new server, thus DNS changes. For safety sake, I will be disabling this site about an hour before hand (7am CDT - which is 2pm GMT+2). You will get a "this site is currently unavailable" message whilst I have it switched off. It will be down for at least a couple of hours, due to the DNS changes. This means it will be unavailable for most of the morning this comming Wednesday (afternoon/evening for us). We appologise for the inconvience, but the site will benefit from running on newer and faster hardware

Please Note: This site is now available at http://www.runestorm.com It is actually the same site, so don't get confused thinking it's two different sites! We were saving the .com for some other future enhancements, but I've enabled it on this site in preperation for Wednesday's server upgrade. For some technical reasons, the .com will be available a LOT faster than the .za.net so if you cannot browse to the site using www.runestorm.za.net on Wednesday, then rather use the www.runestorm.com |

I like .za.net myself, since it sounds cooler than just.... dot com. But I guess you got the dot com for this event basically? Or was it because of the 2$ price it is now? I heard soemthing like that anyways.... the 2$ part that is. |

It's just that it's really really uncommon and weird. Easier to remember a .com or .net than a za.net. And it's not just for me. There's also the random boobs on the server who don't know how to use Google and ask for the url. Blargh. |

www.runestorm.com is back on-line. there is a slow process for changing needed settings for www.runestorm.za.net so that will take a while. I have posted a message there to tell people to come to www.runestorm.com please report any problems you may find. |

The .za.net will simply tell you to go to the .com until the .za.net is online again! So the .com

We had some DNS issues with the .za.net, so some people might have missed a few posts, but all seems to be ok now.... |
