Reserving only means it will automatically download the moment it's released, or in some cases will actually pre-load onto your computer a little bit before release (like in Steam), but will remain locked until the demo is officially released. That way you can play it the instant it is released, as opposed to having to wait for it to download first. You don't have to be a subscriber to actually download and play it. Reserving does provide an advantage as you don't have to wait huge lines, but it's hardly necessary. Hell if you download the Fileplanet download manager (which is free), it will automatically download your file once it's your turn on the queue, which means all you have to do is enter the queue, and just go do something else for the next couple of hours (depending on the size of the queue and your download speed). I have it and it's great. Queue is a funny word. |

I guess that he planned to buy a new PC before UT3 release, but that he didnt do so yet.  neither did I, but my uncle buys a wicked game PC, so he can run Bioshock on full graphics + UT3 on full graphics and any other game on really cool graphics

When I got the Ut04 demo I was hooked like I just tried crack or something, but after 2 years of constant playing the crack like game got out of my system. |

I played it and OMG, tis a bunch of fun even for me! I did have to set it to only 480x300 res... or something like that. I got to Dominating with Novice players! BTW, that's pretty damn good considering the amounts of FPS death I was getting. STUPID DARKWALKERS IN THE TOP TDM MAP!!! I actually had not know someone jacked the DW form the other team (my team had it at that point I remembered), so I almost died when it started shooting at me. The Link Gun is my best weapon so far... |
