Ogame is a strategic space simulation game with thousands of players across the world competing with each other simultaneously. All you need to play is a standard web browser.

Anyone here playing this?
Its a fun game, I havent been playing for long with my new planet, but I know some interresting tricks to help you get around. I play in Universe 14, join Universe 14 if you want the possibility on meeting me.
My friend says you cant get attacked by other players which are pretty stronger or more advanced then you.
So...
Start off by raising your Metal mine, Crystal Mine, Deuterium, Solar Power Plant and Robot factory to high levels. Such as lvl 20 for the mines (they are most important at start, mines)

Then when you have a very strong income of resources and a quick building time, you can start with research lab and shipyard. Protect your own planet with a little fleet, then send colony ships out to an empty system.

I will be grouping with my friend in an alliance in an empty solar system, building stronger in there.

Ooooh !dodge Ogame... Wow, haven't seen this in a while !

I played a lot to this game ! Really great game, give it a try !lol

Well, there was another game I loved web browser based, it's "Legend of the Green Dragon"
It's a role playing game with text only, there's a lot of different version of this game.
I got addicted to it really fast !

I've played it a couple of times, on the english .org servers and on localized ones. It is interesting in the begining of the universe, but if you started later it gets boring because you have no real competition in the beginning. When the universe is fresh, a couple of small cargo's and fighters are a big difference, but later on they aren't.

umm my friend was wrong, you can get attacked by weaker enemies if you have higher level mines.

I got attacked by some fighters, it isnt any big deal. But ill start with building my own defences not too late.

I think I will come back on Ogame, but since I have a friend calling me for universe 54, that's where I'll go, he's interested in making an alliance (maybe he'll join Runestorm too, yes, another UT2004 player)

I was thinking about creating an alliance with all Runestorm poeple playing Ogame.

Are there poeple interested ?
