Yeah, but Link and Spawn fit in very well story-wise, really. But Darth Vader?!?! I wonder if he will have lines taken directly out of the film and not some crappy re-voiced version. |

Oooh, yes, I just saw that this morning. But once again they separate characters Vader for the PS3 and Yoda for the 360 
Then they say : the choice is yours... Where ? Have to buy the other console ! I wonder why the dev. of Soul Calibur always have to put weird characters in their games ? The serie already has cool characters but no, they want to add twisted ones ! Anyway, some poeple will laugh a lot with those two !

Isn't confirmed, however. Anyways, while I was annoyed at link being absent from the Xbox version for obvious reasons, Spawn was better in my opinion |

Oh. Well, didn't know that. And damn, I was hoping for Vader, not the little green jumping midget. Still, Yoda is pretty awesome. Hope that the other can be downloaded at a price. |

it would be a good (If annoying) buissness tactic to make one of them available to either version as a standard unlock, but the other must be purchased. Thousands of fans will buy the second and the company will rake in thousands, perhaps even millions off of a five-dollar download |

lol Mr.UglyPants, nice comics, I can imagine yoda with the soul edge, he would have to use the force to wear it ! Yup, indeed Treadhead. Though I don't know if companies have searched that far. Soul Calibur is already a game with a lot of success and it will have a lot of buy. Think, putting in place a service where you can download only a single character for a price imply to pay to install that service + they need to make a slot in the game to make the download aviable. But, if they keep their separate version, it doesn't cost that much to the company, and there will always be a lot of players who will bought both version. From another point of view, it's also interesting for them
Actually your system is interesting if you put more than one character on the download and create a marketing strategy around the download of new characters. Maybe they have studied the market and decided it wouldn't be interesting to make the service aviable (for a price of what ? 1 or 2$ ? 5$ maximum) 'cause not enough players would have the will to download that character especially since it's not a character of the Soul Calibur serie. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised to see that Yoda / Vader have exactly the same moves, the only thing that would change is the model / anim. Well, now the game isn't out yet, so they may change their mind and create a whole new thing

SW games in general are terrible, or are mostly shooters. Yoda vs. Nightmare however... completely different story. |
