I wonder who will be the next weird character coming in SSBB ?
Anyway, I've never really understood what you had to do to win a game in super smash bros

Knock them out of the arena, to get points or make them lose a life |

I like the coin thing they had. And my favorite was Fox or how he is called. |

ROFL, lol. That is by far the weirdest choice for a competitor in SSBB, and they got Snake. And now its delayed to March 9 or something. http://kotaku.com/344840/super-smash-br ... ly-delayed |

Shigeru Miyamoto once said a delayed game soon becomes a good game. Of course, that also means rushed games are usually bad games. |

Hmm. Can't wait to go Giga Bowser and bust some skulls. I'm not suprised that Olimar, and Sonic got in, they were some of the most requested characters. Snake was.... Unexpected, to say the least. Hoping Ridely gets in, though. |

That means Duke Nukem Forever'll be the best game ever to be played on this planet.

Yeah, wonder why he never made it in, or has yet to be named, i hope he does end up going in, maybe he'll be the last guy for them to show. |

Agreed. Yay giant purple space dragons! (Although Geno from SMRPG would also be nice, need to play that again....) |

WW Link isn't all that weird. Now R.O.B. as a playable character? That's some shit right there.

Please tell me that's not official.... I can't STAND Lucario's design, especially if he is Mew Two's replacement. No sure who ROB is... Don't mind wolf. However, I am annoyed that there is no Ridley. Hopefully, this is an unfinished screen and their are yet to be revealed characters. If not, then they have cut a few of the original characters I think. Mewtwo is replaced, I don't see Ness (A welcome change if their weren't an even worse looking replacement.... Oh well, new punching bag) and Pichu is also gone. |

That's the complete roster. Ness is there, right above Lucas. R.O.B. is [link=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R.O.B.]this guy[link]. I too mourn the loss of Mewtwo. Pichu was forgettable, no big loss. Also, what's wrong with Lucas's design? |

In terms of powers, he is somewhat like Mew Two, but I prefer Mew Two's design over Lucarios. I don't know why, I just don't like any of the newer designs, probably because most are rather uninteresting. Oh, and now that that's done, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO *Breathes deeply*OOOOOOOOoooooooooo........ Crap, I was really hoping for Ridley to get in! *Hides in bunker before attempting constuction on a makeshift missile, which promptly falls apart* Ah crap... I will get my revenge, Nintendo!!! *Begins quietly ranting about how they put in R.O.B., which not only had only two games but didn't put in Ridley instead* |

He's a boss? Whoopee! I can't recall, is there a cheat card for the Wii? Hopefully there is some way to activate the Debug Mode, allowing you to play as bosses and unplayables. I wonder how Ridley fights. |

I say it'd be better if he was a playable character (smaller size of course), but whatever. |

Agreed. I wonder what his final smash could be... Myabe Mecha-Ridley? Increased damage, lots and lots of missles automatically firing off and infinite flight? Hmm.... Maybe I should do a moveset.... After all, I made a Queen Ghoma (Think thats' the name? The giant spider/scorpion thing from Ocarina of time) moveset. Edit: Reffering to size, I'd say he should be bigger and stronger than bowser, and more agile, yet lighter. Certainly not a light-weight, but a little heavier than most mediums. Excelling in hit & run, but able to hold his own in a melee brawl. Perhaps the ability to carry players, and do so in the air, like DK, allowing for nasty tactics on maps with large, open pits. Powered flight and gliding is a must, and he sould have the most "Flaps" per jump. His weakness is his lighter weight, and the need to stay balanced yet mobile, as, if caught, his tactics are ruined, unable to pull his brutal fly-by attack and aerial fireball strikes. Yeah, I'm making a moveset... Definately so. Forgot to paste this earlier after I finished it... Here's my Ridley Moveset Ridley Move set Summary Ridley is somewhere in-between the lightweight and heavy weight classes. He is large enough to carry characters in his talons, if utilizing both, and move or fly with them. He is the largest character, and one of the heaviest. His skinny figure results in lighter weight compared to other heavyweight characters. He hits hard, and he hits fast, but, if thrown off balance, his deadly chain of assaults can be broken. He works best on open maps, especially those with pits where he can utilize his brutal aerial throws and drops. In terms of general size, when in his normal hunch-backed position, he is slightly shorter than Bowser rearing upwards. When standing as far upright as possible, he is taller than Bowser in his own most upright posture possible. He can’t hold an enemy in his palm, like the current version or swallow them whole, but he CAN grab an enemy and carry them in his back talons as mentioned, but is still at a balanced size. Basic moves Slash (Neutral A) Ridley makes a quick slash with his claws Double Slash (Neutral A, A) Ridley pulls out another quick swipe with his opposite claw Talon Rake (Neutral A, A, A) Ridley leans back for a split second just above the ground and slashes the enemy with both feet, letting out a quick screeching sound. Mega-Bite (Forward Smash) Ridley opens his jaws, then lunges forwards with them, shrieking as he snaps down. Tail Uppercut (Upwards Smash) Ridley swings his tail forward for a moment, then stabs into the air with it. This move works both against enemies above you and can be used to juggle opponents, smacking them upwards with the forward hit then knocking them further up with the stab. Low Assault (Down Smash) Ridley screams and swings his tail around him while wildly slashing at everything around him, spinning around for a brief second. This attack hits everything around him, but not on an even scale. In other words, it has a longer reach going left, and right, than it does up or down. Tail Snap (Hard Attack Forward) Ridley snaps his tail forward briefly. Lunge (Charging attack) Ridley jumps forward, hovering above the ground, jaws wide open. Head Smash (Hard Attack Down) Ridley bashes his head downwards in the direction he is facing Wing Slap (Hard Attack Up) Ridley curves his wings around him, before moving them upwards with great speed. This move hits targets to the side in a small range as well. Eagle Dive (Air Attack Down) Ridley moves his feet into a striking position and slashes them forwards and downwards. Ram (Air Attack Forward) Ridley flies forward, smashing his cranium into the target. Tail Spasm (Air Attack Backward) Ridley swings his tail about three times in about one and a half seconds, slashing at anything behind him, or slightly below his tail. Head Buck (Air Attack Up) Ridley lowers his head, then “bucks†|

Uggggh.... Triple post. Sorry about this. Bjossi, can you merge my two above posts? Thanks. Anyways, update on the game, and a relatively cool one, on Smash Bros Dojo. Luigi's Mansion- Aparently a fully-destructible map! Very interesting if you ask me. *Thinks about playing as Bowser and getting a Smash Ball, turning into Giga Bowser, before releasing a torrent of attacks, ripping down the support beams and turning the place to rubble in seconds* Heheheheh...... |

Quadrupule post! It just keeps' on piling up, eh? The post was made a while ago, so it's not really a double/quadruple post. After seeing the new DOJO! update, while I still grieve the loss of MewTwo, Lucario seems to be EXACTLY what he should have been in the first place. On top of this, his Aura ability seems interesting. As for the Final Smash, that's crazy. Would love to use that on the Angel Kingdom level (not remembering the exact name) and annihilate the stage, leaving them nothing to stand on after being nearly vapourised. ANyways, this topics' original purpose has somewhat faded. Perhaps a conversion to a countdown/moveset topic? |

Heh, long intervals between posts... Topic' seems pretty much dead. I think i'm just gonna let it die, noone seems to have much interest at the moment. Maybe I'll bump it on release day or something... |
