It says 'included on disc', doesn't that pretty much answer the question?

[/quote] ok, lots of DX 9 cards listed there... I find these specs very suspect, as they contradict themselves. In any case, why would it be a DX10 game only?? It runs VERY nicely on the XBox360 with brilliant graphics (which is a modified DX 9). Also, Microsoft won't let them distribute DX 10 libraries for XP, as DX 10 is not supported on XP. It could be updated DX 10 libraries, and probably DX 9 as well (for XP support). |

There isn't a usable XP version of DX10, so naturally something else will be installed instead. Like, for instance, DX9. . . |
