Hi, We appologise for the unexpected downtime on Sunday of this website. The server this website is located on, had some issues, and rather than risk just an OS reload, the ISP replaced the entire disk array. However this meant an entire OS reload and configure, then a restoration of all sites. We seem to be backup with no loss of data *touches head and says **touch wood** *. If you do see any problems, please let me know. Thanks. |

I am in the process of putting a sort of back-up plan together. It will basicaly just be a backup site, which we can display messages etc. should the whole site go down. I can "re-route" everyone to the backup site in the event of a total failure. This is mainly just for informational purposes, so that you know what's going on and that there is a problem, unlike this weekend where there was no way I could everyone that there was a problem and it was being worked on... |

There must be some backup software for servers out there. It could make a backup of the database every time frame selected, such as 2 days. |
