Post subject:  Sins Of A Solar Empire - Mods problem

I recently got the real time strategy game, Sins Of A Solar Empire. And I love it :P
Of course not the best game I've ever seen but it's a fine space RTS.

Anyways I found 2 cool mods (via the official website). One allowing everything 10x (total chaos, machine killer! :D) and one adding many new Planet Types. The 10x mod isn't big but the new Planet Types pretty is.

Now I've got to download and install them properly and they all work 100% fine.
But only for my windows XP user. All downloaded stuff go to the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\*USERNAME*\local settings\application data\ironclad games\Sins Of A Solar Empire\Mods.

So to get the mods for all users it means to install it 3 times (as 3 people here use the game) making it use up 3 times more space then it CAN and SHOULD...
The game is installed on the F: drive because the C: drive is already overloaded. Installing mods only 1 time on the nearly-empty F: drive allows much more mods then installing mods 3 times each on the overloaded C: drive.

Aside that I can only reach that folder with Windows Commander and not with the standerd explorer way of browsing trough the computer. Windows Commander is not my favorite way of working with the computer.
This is just a small side problem though.

When I installed the game, it automatically threw the designated mod folder right there.

Does anyone know ( I doubt it) how to get each mod installed only 1 time?

The only way I could see it would be by tricking the computer, and that's far out of my league, probably by ruining your warranty via editing the windows folder.
