What exactly is the reason here? The link is right there and allows you to hear the music. If it is some principle kind of bullshit then that is your own problem, just go to youtube. It takes like 10 seconds to load it up and make a search for the band. |

I didn't knew Iced Earth, it seems it's a nice band Well, when you consider them as plain Metal (which is what Alexi Laiho said he wanted the band to be considered), it's kinda the right general idea. Laiho is the lead guitarist and sometimes the lyrics writer BTW. |

Look at the other Metal bands, you will hear that they don't sound the same as Children of Bodom. Anyway, I don't care what their style is as long as they make good music, which is the case and I like them no matter what

Yup, they are very good
Luckily they don't sound like other bands, or I wouldn't listen to them 
I mean they don't sound the same as Metal bands because there's first the singer who sings rather like black / death Metal and the guitar sound also sound darker. Classic Metal sound is more like Nightwish, Metallica, ... |

Most of the other songs on that page don't really click with me. I may have to look up more of their stuff though, I'm intrigued. (Yep, 10,000 Strong and Declaration Day are damn nice!) As long as I'm here, I may as well mention one of my favorite bands, Machinae Supremacy. Hate , and Edge and Pearl, and I'd suggest ignoring the video, they really can't do that very well, unfortunately. |

But I agree with Mr. UglyPants, the vocals could be stronger with such a sound
I'll mention here the same problem, it's a band I really like, but true, it's not Metal, it's industrial... But I think poeple who enjoy Metal will be able to enjoy it : Vigilante - Answers the music is really great but the vocals sounds more like Death Metal than Industrial which is quite weird. Anyway, great song

I'll give it a listen, I just really have never liked the vocals of death metal artists. I just prefer the symphonic, power or European metal. And a little iron maiden and metallica doesn't hurt. |
