Post subject:  UT3 problem
When i go to play single player the videos freeze up, ctrl+alt+delete doesnt work and im forced to restart my computer, does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Theres no problem in game, it runs fairly smooth on my comp and all, its just them darn videos.

Do i need an updated driver for my graphics card?

Is your game updated to patch 2?

Also, the singleplayer campaign kind of sucks, do some editting or enter in some cheat to unlock all characters because the campaign is so lame its not funny. Your bot allies in any WAR map are so daft its amazing. Instant Action bots are way smarter.

I gave up on UT2's campaign for the same reasons, except the bots were daft in pretty much every team game.

I just typed in the cheat.

SP campaign was crappy, lame story, lame AI, and IA is ten times much better.

Yeah i knew it would be lame but i still wanna play it through without any cheats or nothin.

Well i can play the game but when i let a video run the video freezes up and wont let me go forward, but if i skip the videos then i can play it, but i like watching them pretty videos.

Not yet but the way it sounded ( Cannot Play Unreal Tournament 3 Campaign) is rather generic, im gonna try it though, and im happy kaboodles found soemthing but im not gonna hold my breath when i use the fix.

If it doesn't work, you could go through the entire page. There are quite a few problems listed with solutions.

There were some complaints in the page about the game locking up during the SP videos, so there might be something there.

0.5 kbits/sec is awfully slow, vastly slower than dialup.
Since bytes are more commonly used to display sizes, Xav downloads 3 - 4 KB/s by average.

The 0.5 was my exaggeration. You both seem to have that kind of connection at times.... especially with some file transfers going at .4kbps... >_>

Net speed is a fixed value that changes based on circumstances like server distance, load, etc.

Wow I never played IA or Sp IMO whats the fun in ramming down bots when you could Ram down some poor guy online? Unless, you Have Dial Up like Xav or a terrible Graphics card, Heck I have a 5200 Nvidia And I still play online, And its fun too, espcially Hedsteem when theres 11- 15 people online

They even have custom content manily modfied stock vehicles with enchanced effects and improvements + Custom Stock guns with new effects and damage. I could Understand why you won't go but it doesn't hurt to give this game a chance to evolve from custom content and Hedsteem on UT3 is proof otherwise, But again I can understand why your here your just waiting for another Update to RS UT3 Content !mistrust So why not get on Hedsteem UT3 to pass the time by, Its worth it
