Just to cooincide with the front page poll pretty much. I got 600 gigs in a 320 x 2 fashion but it shows as 1 single harddrive, as well as i have a 120 gig external Harddrive (which is pretty much filled due to about 50 gigs worth of MythBusters and House episodes.). You? |

Not entirely sure,I voted 300-400,but I only have that much if I count my external hard-drive,which is possibly contaminated with a virus.(previous computer) I'd really like to be able to purge the thing so I can use it again. |

Hmm, this makes me wonder; should we go with the number that the OS reports, or the box that contained the hard drive when we bought it? I got 2x500 but if I go by Windows XP's judgment, it is 2x238 GB. This has to do with the choice of number system, computers go with hexadecimal as always while box labels go with good ol' decimal. Either way works fine, but it is going to bend the poll results quite a bit if group A goes with box number and group B the other. |

I can remember way back, when a game such as "Arene: the Elder Scrolls", which came on eight 3.5" floppy disks, took up over 10% of the hard drive. I think that was in the bad old days of the Commadore 36. Then, on a later computer, we got a new hard drive and I remember my dad saying, "How are we ever going to fill up an entire gigabyte?" Now, I hear stories of people filling up 20 terrabytes with a billion torrented files and ripped disks. |

Dunno. What I do know is that reaching a petabyte requires hefty amount of game content. All the custom UT2 content on the internet + the stock game + bonus packs & patch do not total 1 TB. (unless I'm underestimating the UT2 community) |

My laptop only has a 70 GB HDD. It is way too small. I haven't touched our desktop in a while (it's fairly old), so I don't know how much space it has. I need to get a job so I can build a new one. |
