Its just a english sentence gone through translation software in different languages then back to English and posted.

I particularly like the Korean version,I just imagine a radioactive chicken raising a wing forward and a ray shoots forth detonating a slice of toast.

On this topic, try this site: Lost in Translation. Basicly, it uses babelfish to translate english into french, then back into english, then into german and so on through 5 languages.
