Ya, pretty much i'm trying to find a good store that reliable, but doesn't sell its CD's for like 17.99.... this is the reason why i got into pirating and i want out but i'd rather spend 9 to 12 on a CD than bloody 20 or 25 per CD... trying to save up.

So ya, you know of any? Also, ♥♥♥♥♥ HMV.ca.... gay ass reinvention of their site... til July my ass.

Well.... if you like anime type music, I remember you could buy the Wangan Midnight OSTs on some site called playasia.com... 15.99 (not sure if it was USD or not though, but it WASN'T Yen).

Edit: 16 Yen would be the world's cheapest price for almost ANYTHING.

I see mostly good prices on ebay when I look for CDs there.
