Sounds like suck. Treyarch made CoD3 horrid IMO. CoD4 was made by Infinity Ward (along with CoD2 and 1 IIRC). IW does so much better...

I'm tired of WW2 ...it's been done to death, and the last few ones were all terrible...

ModernWarfare was the best...I see they are making the one after this...so I'll wait and see what happens...

I agree! Infinity Ward's CoD games are best... I almost beat their record in the training mission thingy they had a timer set up in!

To be honest, I think CoD belongs in the WWII era. CoD4 was just a necessary game to break the repetitiveness on both gamers and the developers. I for one am looking forward to this game.

To be honest, I haven't got a problem with WW2 games (as long as they're good). I would play MOH Rising Sun again just to watch the japs dance when I shoot them, and I currently devote most game time to Forgotton Hope 2, which is a realistic WW2 BF2 mod.

Well, I heard that this next one is going to be in Vietnam ?? Maybe I got it wrong ?? they might just be able to pull it off, but IW's style just rocks...turned that whole series around...
Especialy with that engine and just the whole feel to the game, way way better than previous ones...That was the first time I had REALLY enjoyed a game for quite a while. I played during the December holidays, so I played MOH: Pacific, MOD: Airborne, Crysis, the COD4 ... Crysis was really nice, but COD4 kept me comming back, and I didn't want to leave the PC until I had finished it...the others whilst good, just didn't have that something that made me keep comming back...

mmm...makes me feel like trying it on the hardest setting...I think I just found something to do on the weekend... :p

I got nothing against WW2 games either. I liked RtCW and think SoF 2 Double Helix looks & sounds interesting, for examples. Just waiting for a trilogy pack to get released and I'll go for it.

I didn't like CoD3 as much as CoD4 or 2; I'm hoping they'll pull it together with this one.


Have any of you guys played Company of Heroes? That was a great WW2 game, in my opinion.

We'll see, I tend to be away from the norm when it comes to taste in pretty much anything. Especially music and gaming.

But no matter how much it sucks, a trilogy pack would still be a better deal than buying the first two individually. ;)

I love WW2 games, MOH allied assault, Red Orchestra, CoD (Havent played 3).

The newest CoD will be in Japan which should be pretty awesome.
