I see many people have their own Wiki's for their creations and such.
I would like to create a Wiki about the science fiction universe I made up, where to start?
I'm now going to search around on google, but help here is appreciated.

Well, first you need some web space hosted somewhere 
Wiki's are generaly just software that manages the content. Mediawiki is the main one (done by the wikipedia.org makers), but there are others... |

Aha, how it works?  I think I can host a site somewhere, dad said I had my own page somewhere...
I'll ask him if I can install such software to create a wiki. Fireblade, I have a documentary of 68 pages full of information about the sci-fi universe and several drawings I made for it the drawn stuff is at bulska.deviantart.com, and a story about a space pirate is in the works.

Humans started expanding their universe with the use of sleeper ships, each sleeper ship formed a colony somewhere out in space. The basic idea of the jumpgate was given with the sleeper ships, and most colonies expanded with the jumpgates. They found each other, connected. Each 'colony' has become a province of human space. Now, three large Alliances/Empires exist. The Galactic Trade Federation, created by many industrial and trading factions seeking protection against the vast number of pirates. The Earth Empire, created when Earth connected with other colonies. The Earth Empire has a long history full with changes and historic events. The Outer Rim Alliance, first created by the Earth Empire and Galactic Trade Federation together as a strong faction to battle the strong pirate factions in the Outer Rim. The Outer Rim Alliance became independent and now holds it's own part of space, The Outer Rim. The story started with Galactic Trade Federation, but I have added much more to it. Still, most information I have is about the Galactic Trade Federation. The Outer Rim Alliance is mostly made up by my friend. He's also writing a story about it.

I didn't steal it from anything directly. I had a clan in the game Freelancer, the Universal Traders and Miners (also in the story )
There were several other clans too, some trader, some pirate, some police. Almost all pirate clans formed a alliance called CAOS, (it's chaos, ino, but they called it CAOS) it has a meaning I forgot... The police clans formed an alliance called the Star Empire. I thought, police have alliance, pirates have alliance. What about the traders? Some friends thought it was a good idea. So we created the Trade Federation, an alliance between trader clans forming a federation. And we were traders. So i thought, Trade Federation! Now I notice alot of others had the same idea T_T |

Then you basicaly go to the mediawiki website download the latest stable version, follow the instructions from there to install
