Woo! Fourth of July! Or as our Canadian neighbors would call it, Fourth of July! I think the correct term would be Independence day, actually. I never quite understood why this holiday is always referred to s the day it takes place on. That'd be like calling Halloween the Thirty First of October. I dunno, I just always wondered that. |

My reasoning is that if they had actually used the same amount of gunpowder that goes into fireworks back during the revolution, you could have one in one fel swoop instead of fighting a war. |

Hey, it gives some people off a day from work, so that works for them. I'm not going to explain to ya why we celebrate the 4th, since you can easily look it up on Wikipedia. |

Happy Fourth of July! Yes, the day celebrating American Independence, but never paid attention to anymore in lewe (Can't get that one right) of giant explosives fired into the air, spinning flaming discs, roman candles that aren't candles but truly fireball-launchers, and mini-mortars launching aforementioned explosives.. |
