Post subject:  How to put bones to work in UT3 ?

Hi, I'm a french developer

When I import my model and my animations in UT3, all events that are not made by bones are not visible in UT3.

I view that in the model of Pitbull Shotgun it was possible to move the bones everywhere while in 3ds Max, I can not with bones.

Please tell me how you process

aaah.. this sounds similar to something i had :)

what i had to do, after exporting with ActorX, and importing in Ued, my animations were behaving strange.. so after alot of messign around, i found something that put my anims right. You have to make the AnimSet, then import your .PSA file (anims exported from ActorX), then you need to import a 'Collada' animation. You should be able to export those from i think most modern modelling packages. My anims then came right, and i deleted the Collada sequence.. all's well :)

I can't get on Collada 3ds Max
I can export but when I import a mistake with visual_scenes

What plugins did you use and how to set ?

Edit : Ok, I edited the exported file and it's work
This bug is very curious :)

so it works now?

I used the exporter from Max.. i can't recall exactly what i exported, but it doesn't have to match up with the mesh you want it to work on :)
