Hey c'mon it'll be FUN! Just add your statement here. Make sure to begin it with "You know you've played UT2004/BW/JW too much when..." so we know which game you're talking about.

It doesn't have to be UT2K4 or BW, it can be any other game too!

I'll start:

You know you've played UT2004 too much when every time you tap a bobble-head you yell "HEADSHOT!"

You wake up at noon... "Gaaa, someone turn down the bloom!"

You are at a campfire: "omg, I think I can actually see sprites in the smoke." You then slowly walk around the fire to see if the sprites rotate accordingly while people wonder if your I.Q. just dropped by 100 points.
