they meant to say windows but they call it winblows because windows crashes, it doesn't do what you want it to do. thats why call it winblows. |

yep.. I wonder how much criticism windows 7 will get when it comes out in 2 years. although I am thinking about getting a 64 bit version of vista and getting 4GB of RAM for my PC as well. |

lol, no kidding. they shut down FASA studios last year, now there going to close ES by the time halo wars for the xbox 360 ships out to stores. the gaming society looks terrible today. |

Did none of you read past the headline? I only had to read few sentences further to see that they plan to form a new studio with the same core as Ensemble. It will be supporting Halo Wars and work on future projects. |

Ah, that's what I thought. There would have to be a pretty good reason to shut down a studio immediately after releasing a highly anticipated and huge money maker like Halo Wars. And whats with all the hatred for Microsoft? Do any of you have a single clue what life would be like without Microsoft? And about Vista... how many of you actually tried Vista and can say from experience you hate it? I know some people use it and can form a true opinion on it, but not all... You oughta take a look at the Mojave Experiment. Its an experiment that lets people try the latest version of windows, named Mojave. People loved it. And guess what? It was really Vista under disguise. Just goes to show you a thing or two about mob mentalities. |

Granted,at first vista was extremely annoying,many things would flat out not want to work,at this point I have found ways around those problems and everything is good now. The only think about vista that really gnaws on my toes is the auto updater,it likes to auto shut off your computer when you aren't looking.I'd rather have it on though because,well it is a auto updater,kind of nice. |

Maybe it is tweakable like in XP? I set it to only download updates automatically, but you have to click a button to install the updates. That way you will control when the computer installs updates & reboots after finishing the process. |
