Btw, it's kinda ironic that you need a licence / permit for every frickin thing, except procreation. There would be a whole lot less crime, poverty, disease & other crap in the world if people had to pass some kind of parenting exam before starting a family, and had to meet certain psychological, physical, and financial standards. But I guess this is one of those truths that are a bit too uncomfortable for most people...

Yeah, a bit ironic... But its like a right to life sorta thing, I guess. People don't like to be told they can't create life, I would imagine. And think of the extortions and smuggling! It'd be like the U.S.'s alcohol prohibition all over again! You'd got baby runners, bars with secret rooms where people can care for their babies, the mob would be in on it even... Then of course you got the moonshiners, brewing up their own babies and selling them to whoever pays for them... Man, that'd be freakin' weird.
