I think it's a Quake 3 port playable via a Web navigator with some publicity inside You can play this one instead of quake if you want the only thing it's you must have the shockwave player installed on your system http://www.rasterwerks.com/

yuck... Quake 3... the ugly stepsister that should of stayed locked in the closet. The only neat thing was I had a conversation with 4 of the ingame bots.... it was honestly kinda scary. They replied to what I typed. like thought out... kinda intelligent replies. If i remember the convo went like this (No bull sh!t) Bot after a kill: (inerst random taunt here) Me: Maybe Bot: What do you mean... maybe? Me: What do you mean maybe? bot:IM just wondering why you said maybe back there. Me: Maybe Bot2: WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE SO INDECISIVE! that is the truth. |

I just think Epic should did a web browser port of UT99, I think it would kill quake 3

The Quake 3 bots do sometimes reply to what the player types, I have only a few times managed to create a convo though. |

yeah quake live is from the people that made quake 3 and doom but it is a really good game at least i played it alot before i even knewn about UT |

Quake 3 arena is a very simple shooter and also very fast gameplay if you play on nightmare 
The bots in Quake 3 arena are genius. They have player-like tricks such: running away from you with a rocket launcher, shooting rockets trough the door they passed trough in the hopes it hits you before you see it coming. I dont see bots in UT2k4 or UT3 do anything like that, they just know excactly where the player is even after you jumped around the arena 3 times without being seen. lol |

I finally got accepted into the beta for Quake Live as well, to bad they haven't launched mac support yet. |
