I don't know if anyone here plays D2:LoD but if you do and play on the USWest server keep an eye out for me, my username and main character's name is Malanok (for both). Whats wrong with it? (and have you tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstall them?) My friends laptop "ignored" the DVD drive for half a year, for no apparent reason. Raziel P.S Also it now works on Vista! Yay Diablo 2! |

I used to play with a lvl 81 amazon, had like parts of the games coolest sets =O but I wasn't on bnet (servers for pirated cd keys)

Sods Law Strikes Again! MY DVD drive has now decided that it doesn't like CDs... I'm blaming you... Raziel P.S I have to fix it quick, my brother wants to format the computer to fix this problem, even though that will not work... |

Seems to me you might just have to delete the old drivers, then get a new DVD drive.. And start all over again.. But if your gonna format it, make sure you put your data somewhere safe.. That stuff is valuable.. |

I posted a thread on Cnet and they said my DVD drive is about to kick the bucket, as I am a penny pincher I am going to try to clean the lense which may fix it. The funny thing is that The Laptop had this problem a year ago, about three months later it just worked. Raziel P.S thanks for the help BlackEagle |

Alright maggots! My router decided to have a meltdown,so I had to wait three days for a new one... Now... My DVD drive is trashed because it choked on a disk and freaking shattered it,it now refuses to open at all. |

My desktop is on the internet (finally), so I'm D2ing on that. You have to wait 3 days for a router; My internet stopped for 3 months (thats where I went btw). And whats this about your disk drive; it ate a disk? I know tht this is going to sound obvious but have you tried the manual open? (the paperclip opening technique) Raziel P.S What disk did it eat? |

Sorry if I caused any offense Raziel P.S do you know how uch it is going to cost to repair the computer's disk drive, it might be cheaper to buy an external disk drive (saw them in Argos for webbooks (Argos: The Laminated Book of Dreams.)) |
