It needs a little bit of lightening up, maybe bring out some of that yellow from the header....

This is badass. ^^ A bit on the need of a new color for when there are new topic in the forum. RIght now the lighter blue is just... not too different. Try a yellow color for it. I suggest this color |

The new design looks great. Futuristic and functional. I think a bit of yellow in key places would help, though. |

I'll see what I can do.... I think the yellow for unread posts is a good idea.... Maybe a orange/red for locked....blue for normal.... BTW, SB is working on a new version of the header...it needs to get extended, and I like what he's going to do to extend it

Well, I must say, this style looks a lot nicier on my work LCD, than on my home CRT ! The yellow in the threads does not seem to work out....needs some work maybe... Yes, the header does not have the RS logo...the new header will...it will be faded in on the right, where the current nothingness is.... I'll look in to the other suggestions...keep commenting please as you see changes over the next week. Thanks Edit: Got the yellow working nicely for unread threads  Also, moderators, your MCP link is also yellow ! @ S Kelly, do you have a color in mind ? |

Oy, sorry about my lack of me-ness. Work sucks... Anyways, I tihnk the general opinion seems to match mine closely. Its epic. Not sure what could be improved, other than Kelly's suggestion about the message boxes having more contrast. |

Looks like we will be on track for a 1 Aug launch.... If all you guys can go carefully through everything, test everything, I would really appreciate it, then we know all is good... I also need to upgrade the forums to the latest version...I will probably do that on Sunday or Monday when I get some time. I have tested the theme on the newer version and it looks ok....but we will need to double check once I've upgraded. |

FYI, I added in user ranks. I doubled the the amount needed for each one and added two more: 5000 posts = Veteran Warlord, 10000 posts = Godlike. I figuere this way there'd be a little something more to go up to, though even on RS, only one person would make it to Godlike, and two, (counting Bjossi) that could make it to Veteran Warlord, though I'm not far behind. |

Some of the ranks are set up like that. <-- For example, I have Sergeant Major instead of regular Sergeant. He gave the mods and admins special, non-post count related rankings. By the way, what will the icons look like this time? Will they be in military format or in a new, custom style? |

I have little skill with graphics as well... But couldn't the staff members get a rank icon that says Staff or something like that? Also, is there anything else I can do to help with getting this live? What about the portal? We don't got one of those yet. Just drop me the word and I'll do it. |

 I made a little preview of a military style corporal, private, grunt and new recruit. How do they look?  Some Demon Slayer ones. :p (By the way, these have slight loss of quality due to the large resize.) |
