Post subject:  Is Airsoft any good?
Ive just heard of it, but its banned here in Australia. Its claimed it is a "dangerous" sport, but shooting a small plastic ball at someone wearing thick clothes is less dangerous than skateboarding, or even running, but are those banned? No. Airsoft Australia has been making good headway at getting it legalised, and are expecting a December 2008 decision on it. Wish us Australian Airsoft fanatics luck :mrgreen:

Wow. Its illegalized there?

I never really played it much, but I imagine if you got a good setup you could have some fun.

Unfortunately, I don't know much about Airsoft... but, I think that we should definitely get this! And you're right about the skateboarding thing too but im not sure how they could ban running, except by putting signs on every footpath around australia saying :"No Running. Punishable By Death" but thats never gonna happen... within the next 10 years at least it wont...

Also, Im not sure (Correct me if i'm wrong) but are we not allowed to use air rifles and BB guns too? 'cuz if we aren't allowed to use them, then that should go in with airsoft too!

you can get bb guns but it really difficult

WOW.. this Airsoft sounds fun.. Almost as fun as blasting your foe with paint during a paintball match(Although i never went to one :cry: )..
