So, I got it a while ago. Google can give you the features and storyline, but I thought I'd comment on a few things for anyone interersted.

You cannot do a whole lot to scale down the looks to improve performance. You can set shadow detail level and particle detail. You can also toggle sun shafts, depth of field, motion blur, and ambient occlusion. However, I wish it would let me do more like set detail level or do something with saving power used on physics, such as less debris flying around. I have not looked into .ini hacking, yet, to give some more improvements.
My system has an Athlon X2 AMD CPU overclocked to 3.3GHz, 4 GB DDR2 667 RAM, GeForce 8800 GT /w 512MB memory, and runs Win 7 x64. I had decent framerates just driving/running around (40-50 FPS), but once a building started to come down, depending on how much was going on, my frame rate dropped as low as 10 FPS.

I like the gameplay, though. I can recall playing Battle Field 2 and thinking "wouldn't it be cool if I could just blow a hole in this wall or knock down this crane with a sniper on top?" Well, you can. You have a hammer of Zeus, which can make a hole in a concrete wall large enough to walk through with one or 2 whacks. You also have remote charges you can throw around to make holes in walls or bring a structure down. The process of bringing down a structure is pretty intuitive, where you would want to focus on the main supports more than taking out walls at random. Also, loading allies into a vehicle to deploy outside a target building is so old school. How about loading people into an APC, driving through the building, then planting charges ont eh vehuicle and building supports after everyone fights their way out of the building?

One last thing. The game was definately not designed from the start to work with a mouse. Ya know how using the mouse to look around in many FPS games like HL, UT, etc. feels smooth and the movement is quite intuitive? Well, in Red Faction Geurilla, it takes a bit of getting used to. To look around, it feels like the game simply senses which direction you move the mouse and rotates your view. In other words, it feels like moving your mouse actually has the effect of moving the look joystik fully to the right/left/up/down positions. If you happen to have a game controller lying around, I would recommend using that instead.

Gah, I hate the games that take the view of consoles first, PCs second.

Does this work with Xbox 360 controllers?

Not a clue. I had tried using my Saitek P2500 controller, which is very similar to the xbox 360 controller, except the D-pad is moved, there are 6 buttons on the right instread of 2, and 2 bumpers instead of 4. There was one little annoyance, though, where pushing up/down on the left thumb-stick would always make my look left/right, no matter how I configured the thumb-sticks. I noticed a similar problem with DMC4, so I'm gonna blame the controller mapping instead of the game. I ended up just getting used to the funky feeling of the mouse.

Edit: Rereading my post, I may be exaggerating the mouse behavior. It is by no means unusable, it's just a little harder to aim precisely when compared to other FPS games like HL or UT.

I don't own a controller so I will be getting used to the mouse.

Good Game, controller on X-box was good; I cannot see changing the controls to a mouse and keyboard would make it worse...

P.S I made the pictures :D
