If you've been stuck with crappy dial-up all your life, I'm quite sure that 3GB cap won't feel like much of a problem.

We should be able to be more active now, when we aren't too busy working, at least we don't have to worry about when to get a certain internet related thing done.. Thats now easy..

So yeah you should hear more from us..

When The Crucible comes to the UDK you should try building a local community via the web, maybe get a server up and running so that you can get more feedback.
There's a lot of ISP's willing to host a server if enough interest is shown.

I have been looking at hosting a server for local for a while...can't handle hordes of people tho...but we'll see what the interest is when the time comes...

Per month prob. That is the big prob. with mobile broadband. In the US just 2 carriers have unlimited brodband you can use with a tethered phone Altell & Sprint.

3 GB per month? but... but... but... I would think one would cap that just by checking e-mail and browsing forums with all the avatars and flash vid ads.

3 GB definitely beats the 100 MB I used to have way back.
But it is true, a good chunk of the quota will be used just for common browsing, downloads are a different matter entirely.

Thankfully there is no limits on my connection except speed.

Average people do not have lots of $$ for bandwidth.

If we've been able to manage what we did with a Dial-Up in SA, 3GB a month is a huge step up.. Told you we had challanges beyond just making games, and thats why we were always complaining about our connection..

In Africa things take time, and you don't get anything for nothing, usually you give alot more than you get..

Africa, place of marvelous wonders, but equally so, a place of great pain..
