Does anyone here play Ikariam? Me and a couple of friends are building an alliance, ROME, on the new server, Omikron. If you do play, at least look us up; if you don't play but would like to please reply saying so, I can give you a link which puts you on our island as soon as you create an account (so we can help you )Thanks for reading everyone Malanok P.S don't worry, I don't put a P.S on every message sent within the alliance ~.^ |

It is a simple online game where you log on once a day and build up an empire... then pillage everyone who is not of your own clan ![]() Thanks for the interest Malanok P.S I'll PM you the link, it changes regularly and I don't want to put one up which will be outdated soon ^^; |

If you are talking about resources there are Six: Wood, basic resource on every island Gold, the income of your town, based on the number of citizens of your town Stone, used almost as much as wood in higher level buildings Wine, this makes your citizens more happy Crystal, mainly used for research and training spies Sulphur, used to train troops If you are talking about military, that kinda gets in depth: Hoplites: Main troops of any good army Steam Giants: When hoplites just aren't enough Spearmen: Cheap Hoplites Swordsmen: Flankers! very important Slinger: ranged and good early on Archers: better than slinger carabineers: better than both the above Ram: very good early on catapult: like a ranged Ram Mortar: Like the catapult, but more damage, and once the wall is destroyed it targets enemy troops safely from the back Gyrocopters: the harriers of the game, good anti-air and anti-ground Targets siege weapons if possible Balloon-Bombardiers: packs more of a punch then gyrocopters but can only attack ground units, aims for siege weapons first Cook: keeps moral high and can, if necessary, fight on the front ranks with his butchers knife Doctor: keeps your troops living longer than they should and can, if necessary, fight using his scaple The size of the battle field depends on the size of the town being attacked, however if the defenders go over their garrison limit then they loose the defence of their wall (as they fight outside the town) If I have missed the meaning of what you mean, sorry ^^; Malanok P.S Hope this helps
