NOOOO!! EVE online is an incurable disease, if you even try it you will be stuck forever! you wont be able to step foot outside ever again. you will be stuck at your computer FOREVER!  i was amongst the VERY lucky ones, that could actually step away from eve online, and not get sucked into it and live a life of eternal damnation. besides it sucks

All 3 times, the longest I played was a few months, I never really got into it. |

I don't get MMOs that you have to pay monthly fees to play. No game I have played is good enough for me to want to pay for it multiple times. I may play through it once, then put it up for a while, or pick it up for quick games here and then, but they aren't something I'd be sinking so much time and money into, particularly of the RPG variety. Dunno if Eve has monthly fees though. I'm just generalizing and stating my opinion. |

Quite, sounds like a rip off to me, you've already bought the game, why should you pay a monthly fee unless you really get a lot out of it, you should at least be given an offline option, and a Lan option...  It's brilliant, ones you've payed you try make the most of your money by playing it as much as possible, goodbye everything else in life, hello Karoshi...
