Voilà I found the original concept art of the GEP gun from Deus Ex
Everyone knows I made a pimped up version of it but this is the concept

I made some accurate observations about the weapon ingame and I found some interesting details

The GEP gun has a side handle on the right side of the weapon that allow to hold it.
In Deus Ex the first person view of the weapon is somewhat cut, like some weapons in the game unfortunately
The third person view is switched in the wrong side everything that is on the right side is on the left and the right is on the left.

I think the GEP gun in therms of concept has got inspired by the DENEL PAW 20
But the design seems to be original.

I would like to see how their other weapons concept art look like :)
I only saw a few artworks about Deus Ex unfortunately

The drawing is a little hard to see, though it looks pretty sweet. The scope/laser designator looks a bit huge here!

This is another Deus Ex gun I would love to see in Ballistic Weapons. I can imagine it replacing the SM-AT/AA or entering as a new high powered rocket launcher. :)

Yeah the design is hard to see and a rare piece of artwork.
I think I should make an original GEP gun artwork myself since I have a good base design that shows me pretty much everything I need, but being closer to the game model in an extent.

I have an idea about the reloading mechanism, It won't be exactly like the game version because I will add more "plausiblity" since in the game the missile is reloaded without any hand ...

As for the ammo I'm seeing something like the carl gustav ammo

If I could make every model I will do, but I'm not fast :(
I would really like to make every weapon from Deus Ex If you want to know, like the ones from UT 99 and some other games that pretty much made my childhood.
