Unreal 4 Ever is an old mod who is mainly a crazy weapon pack and also a fortress gametype with the same level of craziness.
A thing that less people knows it's the fact that most of its weapons came from other games and even movies or TV shows. Pretty much everything have an origin in this mod.

The Airblast: The Airblast is a WW2 aircraft engine with a propeller, this weapon have 3 uses, it can propel ourselves, push enemies away with wind or serve as a melee weapon and Mince people with the propeller

The Hellsaw: This is an handheld chainsaw while the primary fire is the most classic, the secondary one is tricky and completely weird, while most people will say its origin if from doom, the design suggest otherwise.
-Origin: Gauntlet -> Quake II Ground zero


The Litesword: This is a lightsaber, while most people might think that's a classic sword in therms of use, this weapon isn't a classic weapon. this sword can send back projectiles automatically, and it's alt fire allow to push back people, this weapon is a powerful melee weapon.
-Origin: Lightsaber -> Starwars: The phantom menace (because it can send back projectiles)


The Pitchfork: This weapon is a classic fork except that when you use a damage amplifier it becomes a ranged weapon, this farmer weapon is well known, but not widely used in the video games.

Python and Golden Python: these revolvers have an well known origin since it's a popular revolver that was manufactured by colt and was popularized by many western movies and even some "Cowboy" themed games. The regular python is just a bit more powerful than the enforcer and is able to do headshots and uses the enforcer ammo, the golden version is as powerful as the sniper rifle and uses sniper rifle ammo, alt fire reloads both weapons, they can be dual wielded when we grab the pair.
-Origin: Colt python -> Reality / Western movies - The golden version have a link with the James bond movies (The man with the golden gun)


Double barrel Sawed off shotgun: this shotgun is a classic double barrel shotgun that is used in many movies and games, often being a super shotgun or a standard issue shotgun with 2 fire modes. primary fire shoots one shell, secondary shoots 2 shells, the weapon reloads after two shots, though we can shoot 1 and 2 shells (using primary and secondary) it will have "magically" 3 shells:

M16: The M16 is a popular American assault rifle it's been used in so much games and movies that the weapon is quite impossible to not be known. this weapon fires bullets, reloads after 30 shots and have a grenade launcher (the grenades are timed), in the mod it's a good weapon capable of headshots, but fires slower than most automatic weapons
-Origin: M16 -> Blood 2 (real origin Colt M16a1m203 -> Colt Firearms USA)


Vulcan cannon: What's a good mod without any minigun, so U4e have its own minigun, while the primary fire is almost identical to the UT minigun, the secondary spreads more bullets than the UT99 version, for the people who doesn't know the mod it uses a custom model
-Origin: Vulcan cannon -> Blood 2 (Real origin GE M134 -> Predator movie)


The Flamer: A classic between the classics and provides a lot of fun, fire fest partys in our deathmatchs and other CTFs and assault modes, while flamethowers has been used in many movies and games, I can mention Marathon, Strife and others, it's design suggests me that it came from a particular game, however its alt fire puts the flame on and off and when the flame is off the flamethrower allow to freeze people with a deadly freezing steam.

The Freezer: In the world of first person shooters, there is a game that is popular for its fun, and the game in question features a freezethrower, while the weapon seems to come from a batman character called Mr Freeze, the weapon in itself was a lot popularized by a particular game.
It's primary fire shoots freeze sparks that bounces on surfaces, however its alt fire is similar to the bio rifle alt fire, it shoots a freezing gel that sticks on surfaces and of course if people walks on it inflict huge damage or freeze them instantly.

The phasor: Yep a classic beam weapon that came from outer space, though the U4E version fires a continuous beam and each time we grab a phasor, our phasor gains power like the Unreal 1 Dispersion pistol. When a target is killed it leaves a skeleton, yeah just like the link gun in UT2004

The quicksilver: this weapon shoots bouncing projectiles in an accurate but slow way or fast and with some horizontal spread.

The shrinker: The shrinker have obvious origins since it came first from a movie and as a weapon it was featured in a game, though when we shrink people that we can crush when they are shrunk. this shrinker can also inflate people.
-Origin: Shrinker/expander -> Duke Nukem 3D Atomic / 64


The zapper: This weapon is a lightning gun while the primary fire throws lightning randomly, the secondary fire seeks potential targets, but takes time to initiate and of course can target us if there is no target in sight
-Origin: Thunder bolt -> Quake 1


The spider bombs: I saw pretty much a lot of spider bombs in games, but in the games they can be fun or not that fun to use, everyone remember the ones in UT2004 but I don't know its true origin even if I think there is one.

Pipebombs: The pipebombs are remote controlled and are classic on this aspect.
-Origin: Pipebombs -> Duke Nukem 3D


8Ball 2000: Similar to UT rocket launcher uses the same model, the only thing that differs from it it's the flypath fire mode, the fact it can hold loaded rockets and fires a beam when rockets or grenade are in flight. shooting a rocket / grenade allow to drop colored bombs that explode, just like fire works ...

Fourball (Drunken master): This weapon shoots drunken rockets that seeks targets automatically in a random way, it can shoot 4 rockets at a time or one at a time but faster.

Tomahawk: This weapon is a compact missile launcher, while most people might think that weapon came from the Redeemer, the origins are older and even more fitted with its moderate explosion.

Railgun: This is a powerful railgun, while in games railguns were featured in shadow warrior and Quake 2, the first shoot through walls railgun wasn't from a game.
-Origin: Railgun -> Eraser (despite the design being completely different, it shoots through walls)


Fleshbomb Rifle: this weapon is particular, it can shoot hitscan darts that can initiate a small nuclear explosion, this weapon is a sniper weapon and of course people wearing shield belts are protected against it.

BFG 20000: How much people added in its christmas wish list a BFG on it ? pretty much every FPS gamer this BFG fires small balls and of course fires a large ball targeting everything on its path who explodes violently on impact with the same devastating effect as the redeemer
-Origin: BFG 9000 -> Quake 3 and BFG 20000 -> Quake 2


The Doll (Baby Nukem): this doll packs a big surprise, it has a nuclear bomb on it. once dropped it runs randomly and explode if it hit something damageable or if its activated by the owner

Howitzer: This weapon is a large double barelled cannon it fires 2 flask shells but with higher power, it fires one by one or 2 by 2 shells.

Nuker: This weapon is probably one of the most devastating in the U4E arsenal, while it seems to work like a BFG with the alt fire, the explosion is gigormous and does continuous explosions during a few seconds, the primary fire however is a melee fire who uses some nuclear energy to melt people

Quantum singularity generator (QSG): This weapon is capable of generating black holes that sucks everything on it and crush them or absorb them and send them to nowhere.

Golden Gun: (see python)

Rambo knife: This is a knife with the possibility to be hand thrown, it has infinite ammo

Berserker Axe: this is a powerful viking axe, it does a lot of damage despite being slow

Katana: This katana gives to the player unbelievable speed, agility and even the ability to jump close to the jump boots but not as high. the second ability is the ability to teleport by using alt fire

Death Frisbie: Everyone likes using saw blades as weapons, but there was a TV show who featured a warrior princess and she made an extensive use of a Chakram, an hand thrown disk like weapon who was her ranged weapon that could bounce on surfaces and does unbelievable tricks and was used to cut things and even activate levers.
-Origin: Chakram -> Xena: the warrior princess (it was pretty much obvious since when you grab the weapon there is a message saying go forth you warrior princess)


Plasma Cannon: here is a weapon that is between the ultimates but not that much, it does a lot of damage but it's not that devastating, its primary fire shoots plasma balls who have a splash damage and instead of gibing people it vanishes them. For its alt fire it shoots a large plasma "shield" that reduces the enemy mobility and finishes to petrify it after some shots.

Compound Bow: This bow is a modern bow, and have multiple arrows, it can shoot various arrows from

This weapon is quite classical, but the ammo is what makes it fun to use, we can headshot with normal arrows and personally I like it.

The grenades: U4e have a lot of grenades there is normal grenades and of course others who uses similar effects as some weapons they are associated. the secondary fire make them sticky onto surfaces and explode if people activate them on proximity or by damaging them

Cluster grenades (the grenade explode and relases 5 grenades who explode like the main grenade but without relasing grenades)
Ice grenades (explode in jumping rings that frezes people)

Nailbomb (a grenade that spread nails everywhere, very deadly in a direct hit since the nails are released directly on the body)
Poison grenades (release a deadly green gas that destroy anything yeah even dead bodies )
BFG grenade (grenade with BFG explosion)
Quantum grenade (a grenade that generates a vortex)

Crom Faeyr: This is a weapon that captain xavious might dream about, it's a hammer that can throw lightning even of this kind of weapon is very rare, there is a game who had one.
-Origin:The Mjolnir -> Quake The Scourge of Armagon (real origin Thor hammer -> Nordic mythology)


Medigun: this isn't a weapon and can heal teammates but I think its origin is obvious

SPASS: This is a spas 12 but it has the ability to fire various kind of ammo and that's the only specificity. The ammo are Classic shells, Dynamite (explosive pellets then) Slime (it shoots hitscan biorifle blobs) and ZAP (so it shoots lightning)

yes, but I talk only about the UT99 version which is almost finished, the 2004 version have some weapons identical to the UT99 version but also new ones and the 2004 version isn't finished at all
