I'm not a fan of red text either, but meh, your website, your choice. I like your reviews. BS seems to match up with everything else I've read, so that's good, having consistent reviews confirms my decision to buy this game on console once it hits the bargain bin. If there's one thing I can't stand, its excessive use of vulgar language in a movie/game/book. |

Thanks. *nod* I would rent Bulletstorm rather than buy it full price (which I did), campaign mode's very short, echoes mode is a one trick pony and anarchy mode is ok, but it won't stay around very long. EDIT: Changed the text to blue. |

Yeah, if you're going to change colours go with white text on a black background as it's less strenuous on the eye. |

Cool, interesting... The most obvious thing was the text colors. If you want my 2 cents, it would look much better with a dark background. I don't like white backgrounds, they are mundane, microsofty and harsh on the eyes. If Microsoft could, they would make every surface in the world BLINDING WHITE! The red text and interesting font might look cool with a dark background. |

Microsoft's graphics designers probably sleep with lights on and with eyes open, in pale white rooms. In Windows 7 they supply numerous themes, mostly aero ones, but they are all so bloody white and samey. Why is the only proper dark theme (dark Windows explorer, dark menus, etc.) in their entire Windows 7 arsenal a hairy-butt ugly high contrast classic theme? Accessibility can be done with style you know, and accessibility aside (real) dark aero is like the sweetest looking thing judging by screenshots I've found. Now if only I had the balls and the knowhows to actually download and install one, messing with the OS is not a favourite activity of mine. |

Accessibility or otherwise, Microsoft must be pure hardcore programmers with no artistic sense, and a large pack of lawyers in case they get into trouble, or want to cause it.....

The back ground is cool. And I dont have a problem with red and yellow text, but I lose some of the letters in the back ground, and I have to strain my eyes. Maybe put the text in solid boxes. |
