Fish has mercury, but what about the fish oil pill? Can my pregnent sister take tem, she hasn't yet, so if not don't worry. |

At the endpoint, your sister should really confirm with a licensed health professional. Health supplements are different for everyone. What is the brand of fish oil she is taking and does she know what its good for-(cardiovascular/neurological health)? I was in health and nutrition, now I'm moving towards pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. PM me and if you have more question and I will answer them-if I can't go further, I'll refer you to some people that will be able to.

This is definitely not a question for a gaming forum. Talk to a doctor and/or nutritionist, they actually know this stuff. |

The vitamins that her MD prescribes will have that stuff in it. And then her insurance or medicare may pay for it, so she should go and see her Doc. Why would even ask a bunch of strangers on a forum in the first place and not the Doc? |
