1 what is your favorite OICW style of weapon and of course if you have pictures there isn't here feel free to post them The OICW weapon that I consider here is an assault rifle with a multishot grenade launcher, so weapons such as the F2000 doesn't enter in this thread even if it's considered as an OICW I post my pictures Australia AICW This OICW is based on the Steyr Aug platform and uses a metal storm grenade launcher It's around 30 bullets of 5.56 nato + 3 caseless 40 mm grenades South Korean OICW This south korean weapon is inspired from the American OICW however the grenade launcher is bolt action 30 bullets of 5.56 nato + 5 airburst 20 mm grenades The french PAPOP is an OICW however I don't know how exactly it works It uses 5.56 mm nato rounds and use 3 35 mm grenade There is version 1 and 2 The STK SSW Singaporean OICW like weapon not a true OICW and more a PDW with a grenade launcher in, it can launch multiple 40 mm grenades, it has 20 bullets of 5.7 mm (it can be set for 4.6 mm PDW rounds) and 4 standard caliber airbursting 40 mm grenades USA OICW, one of the most ambitious projects who showed a lot of various prototypes, there was HK variants and also the AAI variant The OICW is supposed to be an assault rifle with 30 - 20 rounds of 5.56 mm nato rounds and a bullpup semi automatic grenade launcher with 6 airburting 20 mm grenades HK OICW AAI OICW I show the NIVA not because it has any multishot capability but much more because it's a reoilless launcher and an assault rifle at the same time |

Yeah, I'll take the 4'th.. Horrible choice, it seems weapons are a lot like cars and other mechanical art forms, and the OICW isn't great, still, that bottom one and the PAPOP are both hideous.... |

I dont think these are very practical weapons, their big and balky, most are 10'/12' inches high. The STK SSW Singaporean (the tan one), look at how big it is compared to the size of the mag. |

{ABA}Worlock wrote: I dont think these are very practical weapons, their big and balky, most are 10'/12' inches high. Yeah, they were probably inspired by the 'brick' cellphones of the 80's.Man, some weapons are just ugly. Disproportionate grey sticks, branches and boxes. Tiny muzzles, bulky bodies, stuff sticking out all over the place at weird angles. Maybe these things work well by sacrificing every aesthetic aspect for performance? In games and art, I prefer weapons that look good. I'll take a sleek looking pump action shotgun with over-sized barrel. |

Yep, you'll never find us making anything that doesn't look good, well designed, and cool.... |

3 and 5(first variant)... it is the box on the top though which make them ugly... I would remove the ugly box off the top of 3... But you cannot beat the fictional designs people have drawn up... This and This just rock... Mal P.S If you check the gallery of the second guy you can see his technical drawing of it... and see it is a shotgun too =D |

Blade sword wrote: So which one between the K11 and papop you prefer raziel ? If I could remove the box on the top of the South Korean one, then that... as I am doubtful that is possible, then the papop... The papop reminds me of old style games like doom, quake and, amazingly, unreal. Mal P.S please call me Mal ^^; |
