Release date: 10th of June, a week from now I never thought I would see the day... It looks like Gearbox actually might finish the legendary unfinished game, to be honest I am not sure how to feel about it. The release of this game will be the end of an era and a sign to many of their coming of age. I wonder how many people have placed bets that the release date is going to jump to August soon? |

Indeed. At that point it is finished and ready for mass-production, which is what the publisher is doing as we speak, most likely. Over 2 months from now DNF will have a competition; Serious Sam 3. Scheduled for an August release. A teaser trailer was released yesterday. |

Seen the trailers for both DNF and SS: BFE. BFE does look a bit more colorful, so one up  Either way, they're both better than ye 'olde generic war shooter

Ah, could be fun. Fun fun fun. More Serious Sam as well! Will probably get both these is theres time. Lots of promising games popping up recently and still to come. Seems like a good year for games. Still it would be awesome if DNF was that awesome. Borderlands was good. DN3D was good. Whats the worst that can happen? All thats at stake is a few bucks. |

It certainly is a good year for games, just needs to be a good year for spare change too..  I'm probably looking forward to Skyrim the most, although I've probably forgotten some other titles...  At any rate, I'm sure DNF won't be a bad game no matter what, might not be as good as the old one, might be better, either way it'll be worth the money....  Hard to say if I'll go for Sam more than DNF, they're not my first choice of games, but still high on the list...
