My girl friend of 7 years dumped me today, because of an argument we had last night at a party. so im disappear for awhile........its not that im really disappearing. im just gonna go down so the cabin in New Mexico for a while......

I've been their a few times, I know it sucks.
But the best thing to do is to suck it up and move on.
You cant hide from it, and even if you figure out what went wrong,
Then what, you'll fix it, wrong!
Allow yourself to grow from it and get on with your life.

Because of an argument at a party, she cant really hate you because of one argument u HAVE to get her back mate.

Trust me get her back she must still have feeling for you if you have been together for 7 YEARS, go to her and say i love you and silly arguments are part of life Please take me back i love you more than anything. good luck mate, and im sorry it must hurt soo much inside i cant imagine the heart break :(

That's a little cold don't you think, don't treat women like disposable cameras, oh I'll just get another one when this one breaks, no offence..... ::)

And what ever happen to fighting for a women, hell if you love her, why not find out if everything is dead between you before you give up on a 7 year relationship... ;)

Try harder, don't give up and try to find someone else unless the circumstances are un-fixable.. :handgestures-thumbupright:

Forgive me aswell if it was something REALLY serious but really 7 years, its a long time and you've gotto thinkif you'll be right for each other if you did get back together I think a relationship is BASED on arguments because its the fire that keeps it going ;)

So if you hbave a big argument you cant break up about it but if it was more than an argument and i wont gop into details about what that details then please ask her to love you again because if you went 7 years together she HAS to be the one.

Not saying they did, but it could happen, and it could have been more than one argument that was adding up to the final straw.

The fight was about bringing her to this party, without prior knowledge that her ex was there. (they really do not like eachother) she wanted to leave as soon as we got there, but I said "o suck it up" and she did for a while, we left 1hr later. fight broke out in the car, she acused me of knowing her ex was gonna be there. and she said " you knew he was gonna be there didnt you!?, i think you need to take me home, this is gonna work anymore" (I know right? D:). So i stoppped at her house dropped her off, then i went to Arbys, and i guess its my fault for dropping her off (even tho she told me too) and then getting Arby's and not getting her any because I was already home. ( Arbys is right next to my Aprt.) Anyway, theres the whole story. Im leaveing to the cabin in about 3-4 days depends on when I get food for the drive lol. But when i get back im gonna most likly take her on a fancy date, and all will be well.

ROFL Sorry for making light of your predicament, but I have 26 years of that stuff, I don't know how many times I've been trouble for not doing something the my wife thought I should know.
LOL She gives me the silent treatment for a week some times, so I have all that time to think what the hell did I do.
I wouldn't worry to much about it, it doesn't sound like a deal breaker.

There we go! Ignore my joke up above, if she is indeed the one for you then you should definitely fight for her. :)

Be sure to always talk things through though, because miscommunication can be deadly when you've got a grumpy party involved. Sometimes all it takes is a single word to set off a weekend-ruining argument.

Wow, that seems like a crazy argument. What benefit would you have gotten hiding that fact that her ex, which she apparently really doesn't like, was at the party? Sounds a little bit paranoid, but ah, at least it has been amended, with KFC to boot! Hard to beat that! :D

I have a problem: I don't process "LOL" very well. For me LOL doesn't = "HAHAHAHA". For me, LOL = the sound lol. I interpret it as a very short and pointless expression. Hard to describe. I sort of picture some sort of insipid 'smiley' with the damn tongue sticking out. Kind like how someone's face would look as they pronounced the word "lol"; that is, mouth open with tongue sort of flapping around awkwardly. Sorry, can't help it.
Could be quite entertaining though, I mean try to imagine interpreting everything like that when you read.

'Lulz' is worse. It implies too much 'isolationism' on the user of the word.

Whatever happen to proper speech?, now everyone speaks in "lol's" and brb's, and btw's, and etc etc... :roll:

Is this how we want English to be in the future, replaced with more slang and horrid abbreviations than actual words... ;)

It takes less time to right the proper thing, and you don't get nasty confusions, not to mention you won't look like an idiot if you speak actual words.... :)

Every time I see a LoL, I think of either, as DC mentioned, some ghastly and stupid face... Or I think of another acronym: Lots of Love, and I don't need to tell you how disturbing that is... :D

I'm not one to say we should all speak and right orderly and perfectly, but this abbreviation crap is ridiculous... ;)

It could also refer to League of Legends too which carries the same abbreviation and casing. WoW, LoL!
