Any advice or comparison articles on what my new sound card should be? I have the Xonar DG, sounds great with music and games but it seems i have some compatibility software with some games where the sound will cut out and I have to tinker with the sound card manager to get it working again or restart my computer. Another problem i have is a slight clicking or buzzing noise with certain games...(seems to happen more often when running games under admin mode) So what sound card do you use? I have two little bose speakers and the sound with my card is great but these issues make me want to make another purchase... Thanks in advance, - James |

Interesting that you would say that... I just switched from my Creative X-Fi XtremeAudio to an Asus Xonar DX for those exact same reasons. My Creative sound card was having boatloads of issues on my 64-bit machine while the Asus is currently working great. |

hmm... =/ Well how much did the DX cost and how well does it perform? Any bugs with gaming so far? |

About 70 or 80 bucks. It's performing admirably, no bugs to really report. UT2004 sounds a little bit different with it than it did with the XtremeAudio, though. |
