RuneStorm :: View topic - thief 4 anticipation

Thief 4 will surely be good, I've played 2 and 3, both are excellent and quite unique in the gaming world...

The citizens in it are also a rather funny bunch. And the guards..

One of the best conversations I overheard was in 2: A bunch of guardsmen of two different nobles were arguing, saying how their master was better and how the others worked for a loser.

Then they got more angry and killed each other, hahaha made my job easier!. After that both masters were guardless and I robbed them right proper..

Thief 4 will be shit as 3 was. I really dont know how can you destroy such a great game as thief.

The unnofficial follower of thief 2 (thief2x) finishes the thief series for real.

So im not excited for thief 4. If im honest, i hope the project will be canceled, it would keep the game shelfs in the stores cleaner and better.

who here is exited for thief 4? that is it they actually go through with it and don't abandon it. and don't screw up on it that is lol. i wasn't to satisfied with thief deadly shadows, but the first two games were classics. by the way i almost forgot i still had this account. i forgot why i made that other metalmaniac one. maybe i forgot my username a long time ago or something so i apologize for posting with that one the other day. woops lol.

"listens to guards conversation in the first game in the first level" Hey, i'm going to the bear pits tomorrow, you wana come with? hahaha lol. fun games indeed. thief deadly shadows wasnt a bad game, it just had some things i didn't like. Like the load times between parts of levels so it could be ported to consoles, lack of rope arrows, short game lengths, no swimmable water, 3rd person mechanics even in first person mode which made first person moment awkward and ect. all of them had a great plot tho.

Its abt money. The story of thief 3 made no sense at all. The gameplay was a joke and the atmosphere didnn't followed up with thief 1/2/2x Also the AI wasnt very smart. innovation had thief 3 none, while thief 1 and 2 were a milestone with its gameplay. Thief 4 will fill the pockets of some guys just as thief 3 did. this i'm sure !
