I've been the "Dark Soul" for 16 years now, and I don't think I'll change that anytime soon :P

Though when I'm playing something that allows multiple profiles, I sometimes use "The Emperor", "Seitei" or "The White Devil".

"Sniper007/Killer007" sounds familiar... did you use those in COD4/MW2?

Past usernames? Sergeant Kelly. I've been using it pretty much as long as I've been internetting.

My only alternate one is sumo for the xbox.

I was Janatax for a few years; laughable in hindsight. Hellrot and Phoenix for a very brief periods, and ShadowBlade since about 2002/2003.

I was 'Carnivour' since about 1997, that's why it has strange spelling, I didn't spell it correctly. Somewhere around 2000 or 2001, I think, I added the 'Dark' bit.
Carnivour was the name of some creature I thought up for a typically amateurish game design before I knew even half of a thing about making games. Maybe it reminds me of the enthusiasm that got me started or perhaps just that mentally, I'm about 12 years old. :P

I started with Worlock around 2003 for PC profiles.
When X-Box live first came out I used Broken Bones because all spellings of Warlock wher taken,
did not want #'s in my name.

Started with, uh, Kick(*cough!), then Shredder(also *cough), then way back in 2004 or something I changed it to BlackEagle. No point changing it again, as meh as it is. Everyone knows it now anyway. :)

But I usually just come up with unique weird names most times I play games(on LAN), usually with a pun type style.. :D

Our LAN names are the best! Especially for certain *coughshadowbladecought* upstanding and respectable individuals...

I'm pretty sure my first online name I was using was "Anarki" or something like that, then I used zer0 and now i'm going by FLOODMYTH since about 2 years ago now. And my XBOX live name (even though it is seldom used) is RedArkadian

For the longest time I used Mario back when I started out on the Internet and I was high on Nintendo then about 5 years later I moved over to Nightfire and after I "went dark" of sorts on the Internet for a very long time and I picked the name Laharl by chance when I was starting to get involved with an Internet group and they were wondering what to call me so I picked the name Laharl and it's been that way ever since or some form of it on the Internet.

No kidding that's what me and my friends when we play a LAN game do before we start is we type in the most outlandish names or names that are a reference to something like how I tend to go by BasedGod/BasedLaharl or Laharl, The Creator depending on the character spaces. It gives an extra laugh in FPS's when we read the punny kill messages that come up.

Iv used, Sgt, Sarge, StaffSgt, Sgt.Keller,Sgt. muffins (dont ask) and now i mostly try and use Sarge or my xbl Command3rJugs, <------Has nothing to do with what you think it does, its an idea i got from MW2 when i got to lvl70 and got the title Commander, and I had the icon Jugs for doing the Juggernaut challenge. needless to say, i get a lot of comments for the name lol. if you see me on live like on BF3 or bad company 2 you will notice my clan tag is also JEW, (im jewish, dont practice) which also leads to funny comments....
any of you can add me on live if you want, I could use some people for a good match of BF3

I've used Storm since 2004, but I add on "X" if I'm trying to be edgy, "SX" when I want to shorten it, "Tempest-SX" when the last two have been stolen.

It's fun to google the names of people that have had them since 2000. See what comes up.

That being said, I'm one of those.
