Did the patch do the trick or did you fix it by other methods?
The patch solution works 99.9% of the time though.

Uh yeah, how exactly do ut module files actually work? I got a bunch and they do nothing. Nothing at all. I install them and...zip, nothing happens. I find this annoying. And I am posting this here for I am ignorant and, as I said, very tired indeed. |

Did you check into the folders to see if the modules extracted the files included in them? This could be a bug, so you could try re-applying 3369. |

They don't appear to extract any files at all, or do anything in fact. Just a blink of that little hourglass that taunts me so, and then nothing. Gah! And 3369 is a patch, right? I'm a little slow today. |

just get Umod Browser, works great with Umods, just type it in google. |

I got some...thing. UMod tool, apparently. In any case, the bullet time module and more besides are finally mine. |

You install stuff from the umod into UT. Just running the umod is the usual way... If that don't work, you'll have to get some kind of UMOD browser/extracter or whatever... |

Yes, or doubleclick ut2004patch-3369.exe.
