Well a sound weapon would be awesome.
Make people deaf for a looong time if they survive.

It needs to make one hell of a noise to do that, a sound like a .44 Magnum would be good, it makes you pretty much deaf for a few moments and you'll hear buzzing sounds for many hours.

A sound cannon would be too much like an invisible flamethrower in function.

maybe its possible to make the weapon so that the fire modes consist out of a pressure- and a sound cannon . But on the other hand that could be somewhat complicated to do ( don't know it )

Sound-weapon does minor constant damage to everything near you. (Maybe 5-10/Second), pressure cannon fires in a straight line for high damage, with a very low rate-of-fire, and about same effective range as shotguns.

Well, you can shoot sound waves like a rail or a bullet. It's pretty neat technology.

Why not shooting one huge shockwave of sound with such high frequency anyone hit gets deaf, damage and gets slower.

It ain't the frequency that makes you deaf, it is the dB strength. The human ear can only hear sound that is between 20 and 21000 hertz if I remember correctly, outside this range we won't be able to hear them.

But waves that have certain frequency can be dangerous, like I said earlier what 7 hertz can do once it makes the water in our body vibrate.

I believe it's called the resonant frequency. Everything has a different one. That's why a certain note can shatter glass.

I know, but I'm not sure if there is a lot of glass in the human body or the Skrith's.

No but there are some delicate membrane's in a human head (and somewhere else) that perhaps can be destroyed by it ( hmmm fried brains )
