Chakram are large bladed rings used as a close-combat weapon, named after the sanskrit word "chakra," meaning "circle." OP is referring to a throwing chakram, which is pretty much a giant shuriken, but are often shown in movies or games as bouncing all over the place and decapitating people (Predator comes to mind).

P.S Yes, this was made famous by Xena, but I saw a movie with a Chackram that was simply made out of sharp wire wrapped in a circle, thats how it bounces off walls.

The idea is good,just too similar to others.

The idea is too simlar, and a bit too good.
The chackram will bounce and damage anyone in the room, it can only be caught if you have thrown it (automatic switch in modes after thrown: mode 1 throw; mode 2 catch; mode 3 swing) if you switch to another weapon then you cannot catch it and it WILL hurt/kill you.

Tactics: throw into a room and runaway!

Both have sharp edges, both can slice your head off.

Sounds like a Skrith weapon. Predators have something pretty similar, and they, like the Skrith, have a propensity for stabbing, pointy things, and slow-moving glowy projectiles.

Glaives have multiple blades.

and i think more weapons such as the Skrith Blades should be made althought raziel's idea sound pretty good ecxept that the Charkrams are circular(to me doesn't sound so good) which is what Miracle Matter shows

No, that's another thing entirely.

In essence, it could be compared to a giant shuriken, yes, but the way they wound the target works entirely differently. A shuriken stabs into you: A glave "attempts" to just slice straight through, rending apart whatever it hits. Obviously not a pretty sight...

A Chackram has to be circular as this helps with it bouncing (circle being the strongest shape), also "Zena's" type of Chackram should not actually bounce, other Chackram have springs or an interior which has the same effect (Blades' spring effect is in the center where the blades join (yes, on the inside)).

Actually... the triangle is the strongest shape,the circle is probably chosen for its slight deformability and when it slightly deforms it snaps back,allowing it to bounce off.Of course this is probably ludicrus but don't blame me for what people do in hollywood.

The glaive will be cool if Skrithed, but where I can't see where it would go, because it isn't like any weapon of the mod.

Yes... Hollywood don't care how; just that it does. Originally Chackrams were just sharp wire wrapped in a circle (thus making it springy and able to throw off walls). where as close combat Chackrams were solid metal rings used to "mash things". Some guy in Hollywood probably just typed "Chackram" into google and got the wrong one.

Middle age castles have round towers to avoid the weak points made by corners.

Star forts were later. The sharp corners were used so that every part of the wall's base was covered by another part of the castle. They were lower due to cannon (smaller target).

Triangular construction helps when you make everything triangular as far as you can go,this most of the time only shows its true strength when hard metals are present.
the reason triangle shaped castles don't exist(I think they don't exist) is that this technique was only discovered lately(I think,too lazy to google it so I'm running off of logic).
