-Weapons- MP5K PDW 9mm (neo uses in Matrix lobby scene) Ak-47 G36K (used in Alien vs Predator and Mission Impossible 3) Micro-Uzi's UMP .45 cal (used by the twins chase scene; Matrix Reloaded) M82A1 .50 cal sniper rifle (close to the rifle in Tremors 2) The assault rifle/shotgun with light & lazer seen in "the one" with Jet Li -vehicles- Air Transport landing craft (seen in the Killzone 2 trailer) A walker (just like in Quake 4/ Mechwarriors) Futuristic Humvee (fits driver, 4 passengers, and a roof gunner) The roof gunner mans twin .50 cal machine guns. It would be so cool if you had some punny pistol and out of nowhere comes this gaint mech that starts .50 caling your base to shreds than another (your teams) mech comes out to fight it than, it total hell when even more mechs join the fray, powering up their shields than luaching vollies of missles at other mechs!! All the while, you stand in the middle of this wondering why you don't have a mech?

Mechs... mmm... We want, but we want them to be propper! We're thinking of a 'Spider bot' mech! it will be tall with long legs. It could have a railgun or minigun or both or rockets or even maybe a cryon weapon! Cryon weapons are sort of cybronic... like the cryons themselves... |

I was thinking of a mech that you are supposed to jump into a control room and steer it around. It has to be small enough to fit in smaller levels, but has to have much bigger advantages than being on foot. And by the way, I suggest fixing the damage multipliers for vehicles vs. Ballistic guns. It sounds funny when you can blow up a Raptor with a shotgun blast up close... |

yeah we gotta tweak those damages a bit, maybe a slider for 1.7?? and the mech would more than likely be big, not too big, but not to small either.. remember, it's gonna have some nasty firepowerB) |

It's a good movie. Intense. The tripod things are in the book, so I'm told, while the original movie has flying things with rays that burn people into the ground leaving a chalky outline. The tripods are huge massive things, with, of course, 3 long legs, sorta like the aforementioned spider vehicle (only 3 legs, though) and they have little short arms that come out of the sides and shoot lasers that totally disintegrate people and you just see clothes left...and dust...Just a little summary. |

Yeah, definitely...they could be a map only thing...I've seen that before. Like, without any maps or anything, the flat out original UT2k4, the Leviathan is, I think, only available on Redplanet, because the map itself is made that way. |

You can use the CarLauncher mutator to spawn it in any map though, so you better not spawn the tripod in small DM maps with that mutator. :S |

our bonus release after 1.7 will have all the good s**t..! and vehicles should go in, and we have some f**king good ideas for them, which be really cool to use.. don't think vehicles with only tyres and hovercraft:evil: |

Ya, like in Torlan, something wide and bulky wouldn't fit in the hellbender spot, but something tall and not so bulky could fit there. |

Yes, like a mech where you are supposed to jump into a control room inside it and cause some chaos. :evil: Or a spider like mech with a tiny control room at the top of the eight mechanical legs and use the extra-powered skrith gun on the front. I have quite a few ideas.

A tiny spidermech that you can sorta ride like a pony would be cool, especially if it can jump and crush players. Could be fitted with dual skrith guns, or even a minigun for some serious firepower... Or maybe that poisoned shard cannon. And some kind of NRG web altfire to trap people with, like the scorpion's bola, only... different. But, tbh, if it's either guns or vehicles, I'd choose the guns every time.
