I personally think they are BW melee candidates rather than JW ones, but I don't see them fitting with the theme of neither. That knife object looks pretty good though.

A person with a common sense wouldn't attack that kind of a foe with a melee weapon. |

That is a great idea. 
It'd be pretty easy to shoot them off with a minigun though, better not have them equipped when someone spins up the hexa-barreled monster. Or just don't be in sight, period.

god thats gonna rip everyone in its way apart, that thing would be great when used behind a flag in CTF, just press prim fire for a second and BOOM, the filthly alien who wanted your flag is now in a thousand different pieces across the room. |

I think there've been better ones. . . Like AVP2. And Turok: Evolution. The turok one was actually three 8-barrel miniguns that rotated around each other. Unrealistic, but awesome. |

I've tried to find pictures of it, but there's not a single good one around.'ll go look again, though, and edit this post if I find it. Also, I didn't mean using a gun to blow the blades off of the skrith wristblades, I meant somehow launching the blades off of the gauntlets as a ranged weapon/attack. |

I disagree. It's hard enough to use melee weapons against people using guns in BW already, as a short burst from just about any of the automatics can kill you. I don't think that there should be anything done to make the melee weapons WEAKER against bullet weapons. |
