^ See here, this is the Magnum Revolver RS created with an Over-Under barrel setup, so it could fire two bullets at once... Now... Take a look at this... That's from Capcom's Devil May Cry 4... No, that's not Dante, that's the new main character named Nero (he could may as well be Dante's son)... See the similarities...? |

I'm in agreement with everyone. Plus, action heroes with anime-hair are hilariously stupid. What kind of moroon goes into a fight with overdone hair? Just gives your opponent one more thing to get ahold of you by. Hair should be kept short enough that it provides some minimal protection to the head, but not long enough to grab ahold of. /rant |

Well now, is that their actual ingame quality? Plus ours has some nice specularity (not in the shots here) and when you see the reload anims and how fun it is to blow people's heads off with it, the scales may tip like there's a feather on one side and a truck load of rhinos on the other!
Oh, magnums are not for little wusses, it just don't fit right! |

Nero? Please tell me that's a joke. Dante was bad enough...always wussing up somewhere in the game...now they're getting a new character that looks just like him but named "Nero"? Ok, honestly, I don't like anime at all...or most japanese games for that matter. They always seem so over the top bizzare that it's hard to focus on the game itself... Was I the only one that spent most of my time in MGS2 going "WTF?" Rant over... By the way, I hope the semi-auto magnum you listed in the plans turns out looking really sweet too. Please don't make it much weaker than the revolver though. A .50 AE desert eagle would easily do just as much damage as a .50 AE revolver, but with less recoil (and if you don't hold it properly, a possible jam). |

Hmm... meh. I like DMC... and MGS... I like games that are so ridiculous, it helps me practice my "suspension of disbelief". But, damn!!! Capcom's been stealing so many ideas lately, it's not even flattering anymore! |

Anime is not really my thing... Lets leave it at that... @OrcSlayer: Revolvers have the potential to be way more powerful than the ordinary pistol, cause a pistol had the mag in the handle, the shell length is limited. Revolver chambers, however, can be made very long. |

Swith and wesson is now making a long cailber .50 that is fired from a revlover they make. The shell are like rifle bullets.

I believe there are revolvers somewhere that have chambers large enough to hold .410 bore shotgun shells. The thing is about a foot long! I don't remember the company, but it was on Wikipedia. |

I posted a really awesome revolver idea a while back. . .let me go find the post. . . Edit: Here's the relevant part of that old post. "One that I thought would be interesting is the Le Mat Revolver. It's a really old design, so the model would need to be redone for BW, but the concept is good. It's a revolver that has a larger cylinder for holding the rounds than normal, and the center of the cylinder holds a single shotgun round, which can be fired through a second barrel immediately below the primary. Actually a .410 shotshell is the size of a .45 long colt bullet. Amereican derringer model one will take two of either in it's tiny four inch frame. Quite an experience to fire. 
The revolver you speak of was at one time made by the grendal arm company, and it held six. Dont know if it is still in production however. |

People just seem more interested in those weapons than revolvers, which I find odd. Although I have to admit shotguns are very enteraining to use. |
