Ok this thread will have my ideas and i'll let u know when i thought of another idea. Anyways... A606 Skrith Railgun Primary- Fire Uranium depleted slugs that do 70-80 damage Alt- Brings up scope Special- Turns to X-Ray Scope, can go through walls 'cept for metal since it reflects off... Clip- 10 Story- Ever since The M75-TIC railgun was raised, Skrith highskrad was determined to outbeat the terrans in their own game, thus the A606 was born( and it was effective too.) unlike the terrans this is more man portable and hold 3 extra rounds but it came at a price though damage was decreased |

Thank you. Okay, i'm a bit iffy on this weapon. for a few reasons Reason 1: It is an exact copy of the Terran Railgun, expect less damaging and is Skrith. Reason 2: I doubt the Skrith would devolped that kind of tech, expessially Fire Plutonium-Lightning depleted slugs, which in itself makes barely any sense, and sounds only to be a weapon created by and only for a human. |

Yeah cause having a gun that shoots Uranium- plutonium depleted slugs makes it sound as though its a freaking Nuke Cannon. |

Depleted uranium rounds are what the Americans' M1A1 Abrams tank shoots.

![]() Actually, Depleted Uranium rounds are now being incorporated into conventional ammunition. That's why I suggested it in the shotgun thread. |

For Gods sake does no one understand that if you add depleted uranium to stuff, like unfortunately weapons it just ♥♥♥♥♥ the world up cause it leaks radiation. |

Depleted uranium slugs don't have any more U-238 in them, meaning they actually put out less radiation than natural uranium. On Topic: Sounds too "normal" to be a railgun (no charge up time?) and sounds too similar to the sniper gameplay-wise. Besides that, the Skrith don't seem like the kind of people to directly copy enemy technology, especially when they could use something that would enhance their natural melee prowess. *coughcoughmercurybowcough* |

*Ah-choo~!* Ah hell... We already have a beefy Railgun... There's really no need to duplicate it ala-CounterStrike (where both sides have fundamentally the same equipment but with different names... sheesh...). If you want the Skrith to have an equalizer to the Terran Railgun, here's something to think about: The Skrith don't want to be better than the Terrans... They want to destroy them. |

To my knowledge, the word 'depleted' refers to uranium in a stabilized state, when the core has lost 50% of it's mass due to radiation. But then it isn't uranium anymore, so I'm not sure what depleted U is supposed to be exactly. Any unstable & big molecule like uranium, thorium, plutonium, etc., are perfectly safe when they have stabilized. For thorium it takes a while though; 1.4 billion years. |

Hehe... Sounds like the Leaf-Blower idea posted some time ago... Now with sand! I dunno... Using sand as a weapon...? Realistically-speaking, sand cannot rip flesh from bone unless 1 million metric tons of it were dumped on you while being suspended in mid-air on a wire-mesh strainer - otherwise it will just crush you under its weight. There are other, easier ways to fillet human beings... Like using a knife, for one. |

Has anyone here ever heard of a sand blaster...?
They blast sand on surfaces like rock and brick etc. and clean the surfaces by scraping the outer layers away with sand. Anyone ever get hit repeatedly by sand/dirt during near tornado grade winds? Not very pleasant... I'd say sand could easily do some damage. As for practicality... that's probably another story...

Sand can kill people because when a sandblaster hits a rock or something else it melts down into a new look, flesh can't do it but... when sand hits the wind and is blowing toward you it can deskelitize you with a prejudice... Edit: just delete this please... |

(crickets chirping) ok.... moving on T4 Demon Scythe Primary- Slice and dice!- 30-40 Alt- summons a demon beam which does 50 damage Special- Spawns a demon to help you who's armed with a demon beam gun which does 30-40 damage Story- during a scout on Deminix 2, a scythe was found and was rumored that an ancient race known as blakdemons possessed this scythe to kill any intruders who interfered with their sacred ritual which causes a Kleer dragon ( thank u SS2) to rise and torch anyone who does not believe in devils. |

In this game we want a deadly weapon, not something that sprays sand and makes the victim cry instead of die. |

You do realize, Bjossi, that an industrial sandblaster will tear your skin off? I don't think you'd be crying, you'd be busy respawning. Armor would stop it pretty well, but that's a different story. Still, that weapon just isn't Ballistic's style. |
