This idea is as far away from being XWI as it gets. I want to know more about that gun before I decide an opinion btw. |

Its a Thompson! (a.k.a Tommy gun) There isnt much more for you to know Bjossi, Storm's description on primary and alternate fire is about as descriptive as it gets on this ancient WWII gun |

There is more to know, like what sort of damage can the ammo for it cause to victims? Better read about it on wikipedia or something. Tommygun has been suggested before by the way, and people weren't too happy because of it's age. |

It is .45 ACP Or known as 9MM so it can take out soft targets with ease but armored ones can be more harder to kill |

I've been kicking this idea around in my head: Ballistic Antiques. Melee weapons would include a cavalry sabre, a Bowie knife, and a tomahawk. Maybe something oriental. Pistols would include have a Mauser C96 broom-handle pistol, a bunch of flintlock pistols that you'll just switch out cuz you're not going to be reloading those things, and maybe a Colt Peacemaker or something. There's Tommy guns, WWII bolt-action snipers, a Winchester repeating rifle, one of those old-time double-barrel shotguns that you have to reload every shot, and anything else that might fit in. Ooh, potato-masher grenades. If I had any sort of modding skill I'd have started by now. |

I love that idea.
A double barrel break open shotgun would certainly be nice to see some time wouldn't it?

In the Red Orchestra mod, yes
Given the time frame, a relatively new weapon today should be over over 300 years old. If you have seen the antiques roadshow, most dont get that far unless carefully preserved. A wooden tommy gun would be dust & rust. Unless reconstructed in chrome, that wouldnt look too bad actualy |

It is funny that a gun is still made today, and is named after a guy that is has been dead for a while (I think). Anyways, I'm all for a Ballistic Antiques, with weapons of old generations of not only guns, but warfare overall. It can go back hundreds of years. |
