Well yokel said we had no crushers so here's an idea!! L99 War piston Primary- use piston Alt- use mystical powers of, fire, ice and thunder. by pressing the trigger on the top. it fires the piston but with a outwardly blast, red means fire, blue means ice, and yellow means thunder Special- switch between powers Story- Because hammers were beginning to become to heavy was starting to outdated so war pistons were being built for smashing skrith ribs and make krao mincemeat . This was an odd one, the L99 was piston with fire, ice, and thunder elements to become new tools, fire was made for lighting Garran farms for killing skrith under ground. Ice was for making bridges and freezing skrith and krao at close range. thunder is EMP and messes up cryons. however each element needed a rechargeable battery because it wore out every 30 seconds. Ammo- each element has 30 battery life, but depletes fast, it's rechargeable like the skrith sidearm. looks like the impact hammer http://www.unreal-info.net/ut/images/hammer.jpg Death Messages: Primary- Xan Flew out of the map from SX's Piston Hammer Xan's Head is bashed and caved in, ow. Alt- Xan became Fried from SX's Piston, Man Rinds anyone? Xan is now frozen pieces and gibs. Xan died due to cardiac arrest. |

Not that it's too barbaric, it's just too... well, mystical... Methinks weapons with magic or any supernatural abilities don't really belong in BW... UNLESS you can (pseudo)-scientifically prove its functions. |

uhh....well, this is akward. I dont want to have to make a choice here. X can make it completely separate from Xav's idea if he really wanted. Instead of a hammer, how about a piston, pneumatic grapple, or battering ram? |

Here's an idea perhaps. Maybe the piston was still taken from the legendary/mythical hammer, or what have you, but the hammer was actually some ancient technology, with near magical properties. The technology was eventually broken down somehow and put to use in a pneumatic hammer piston thingy, changing its form because the company that manufactured the war pistons viewed them as superior to the outdated war hammer. They could've even made this as competition to my Mjolnir, though in the end the Mjolnir stuck with the Foe Cleavers and the L99 found home with other, slightly less brutal divisions. |

awesome, now it is no longer another Mjolnir See, doesnt take a whole lot of thinking to break your ideas away from others. A bit of rewording will do. I like the thought that is it based of some ancient alien artifact and reconstructed as an advanced human tool.

Alright, now that we have a different weapon, I can say my mind about it.
First off, I love the idea of this, sounds fun. But I have a question, how exactly do you "use" the elemental power? Is it like a toggle thingy that keeps lighting/fire/ice around the hammer head and the damage is applied when you strike, or does it shoot out some elemental blast or what? Need more details.

I edited it so now it acts like a little blast away from you and takes out other players, sorta like the shield gun's primary fire, but now in three colors

I'm now imagining some sort of Impact Hammer-thingie with three very brutal ways to maim and mutilate people with: Fire Piston: Turns the weapon into a giant branding iron... Imagine getting struck in the chest by a smoldering piece of metal at 60mph... Either your innards explode out your back or you get 6th degree burns, both of which spell M-A-J-O-R P-A-I-N. Ice Piston: To some degree, making ice bridges may be possible by striking the weapon on the ground at certain angles. But with a perpendicular impact, the ice can spread in all directions, freezing any unfortunate bastard's feet if they're within range (including the wielder's, so they have to jump before they strike the ground with the piston). If a person steps on the ice after it stops spreading, he slips and slides uncontrollably. And as a bonus, if a person gets frozen, the wielder can strike him again to make his body explode into bloody ice cubes. Lightning Piston: Just charge it up, yell "CLEAR~!!!", and discharge at the nearest poor bastard. Instant "Cardiac Arrest due to Intense Voltage Exposure"... with an added bonus of crispy skin (Man Rinds, anyone?). But, then again, this is also a feature of the Mjolnir... but I ain't complainin'. |

I love the sounds of this. 
It seems very similar to the impact hammer though. I think if RS takes interest in this, they could make it look something very different and much cooler than the impact hammer. So all is good.
The sound of freezing someone and then shattering them sounds pretty cool too. Also, for the lightning, why not give the victim the effects of getting shocked by some major voltage? That is, make them go flying backwards from the muscle contractions caused by the electricity. |

Heh Heh I like Dk's ideas Cap'n Xav- it could work but it 's darned hard to code muscle contractions but knocking over people can be easy, Steel halo did it, so why not BW? and it's like a tazer, but it hits harder and makes 'em fly farther

Oh it's makes them fly father, but muscle contractions, i didn't thought about it before, but, if we can make like the tazer on the MRS138, it might work. Edit: ok muscle contractions are in, but we need it in a high edge way. |
